Being an entrepreneur requires resilience, as I said before. Flexibility and dynamism are important, but they are not enough. A successful entrepreneur needs to believe in his work’s success and always give his best. Using the Poker language, you have to go all in every day!
In Poker, all in is when you bet everything you have on that move, and I learned at the Silicon Valley that the entrepreneur’s life is the same. You have to go all in on the opportunities to turn them into reality. An entrepreneur has to take risks but knowing that taking risks doesn’t mean that you will fail. It´s forbidden to think about defeat! You have to think that every opportunity is unique and that you have to give everything you have to win. Unlike poker, in an entrepreneur’s life, the success of the move depends on you and not just on luck.
If you think about failing or don’t give 100%, it will be harder to succeed!
The risk is always there, but failing is not the end of the world. Don’t waste your time or your energy on negative thoughts, put all your efforts on your business opportunities and the success of your ideas. That is how, with effort and determination, that great entrepreneurs change the world.
